As authorized agents of various prominent public and private schools, Kei To Canada Inc. can assist with completing the required application, case assessment, application submission for evaluation at the school board, filing application to the Canadian Embassy; and if required, arrange custodianship (home stay) in Canada prior to student's arrival.

Investor Category
To evaluate an applicant's qualification to meet the government's requirement - an individual must have a net worth of at least CAD$1.6 million, posses managerial experience and willing to make a government- secured passive investment of CAD$800,000. Financing of this investment is available through Canadian financial institutions.
Entrepreneur Category
To qualify as an entrepreneur, an individual must have a net worth of at least CAD$300,000 and be willing or able to establish, invest or acquire a business within Canada which will create or maintain employment in Canada.
Self-Employed Category
To qualify as a self-employed applicant, an individual must be willing and able to support him/herself and any dependents with self-employed income for example, as a farmer, athlete or artisan.
Provincial Nominee Program
The Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) allows provinces to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and are interested in settling in a particular province. Provincial Nomination is an important fast-track option for Canadian Permanent Residency.
Each Canadian province and one territory have their own unique Provincial Nomination Programs (except for Quebec, which has a different selection system).
Skilled Worker Category
To meet the criteria as a skilled worker applicant, those who are selected as permanent residents will be based on his/her ability to become economically established in Canada.
To become eligible, some of the requirements are the following:
- An individual must include the results of their official language proficiency test, AND
- Have a valid offer of arranged employment, OR
- Have one year of continuous full-time paid work experience in at least one of the occupations listed in the Canadian National Occupational Classification list.
Foreign Worker Category
Every year, Canadian employers hire thousands of foreign workers to fill immediate skills and labour shortages. Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) and Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) work to ensure that the employment of foreign workers supports economic growth and helps create more opportunities for all Canadians.
Citizenship Category
If you want to become a Canadian citizen, you must:
- Be a resident of Canada for at least 3 years or 1095 days, and apply for Citizenship within a 4-year time period.
- Use the citizenship study guide entitled Discover Canada: The Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship to prepare for your test
- A citizenship test must be taken, if you are between the ages of 18 and 54.
- Attend a citizenship ceremony, if you are 14 or older. This is mandatory.
Live-In Care Giver Category
Live-in caregivers are individuals who are qualified to provide care for children, seniors or people with disabilities in private homes without supervision. Live-in caregivers must live in the private home where they work in Canada. Both the employer and the employee must follow the government requirements of the Live-In Caregiver Program.
To work as a live-in caregiver in Canada, you must make an application to the Live-In Caregiver Program. If your application is successful, only then will one receive a work permit.
